Private Practice - Season 2 for me it was always one of the best films ever, an absolute masterpiece. Wonderful inspiration to young actors and directors. Private Practice - Season 2 gave me goosebumps. Private Practice - Season 2 has one of the highest ranks in IMDB top tv shows. Shonda Rhimes is the person who made Private Practice - Season 2 such amazing tv show. The acting is just incredible (especially Kate Walsh, I'm sure no one was sure about him). Private Practice - Season 2 will live with us forever. No matter how many years passed. Private Practice - Season 2 is definitely in my top 5 tv shows of all time. You just have to see it.

Season 2 opens with Naomi revealing to Addison that they are in danger of losing the practice due to unpaid debt causing Addison to tell Sam. This in turn causes a shift within the practice making Addison the new boss.
