Brilliant movie from 2005 year, a classic Fantasy movie. Paheli is a great lesson in movie making for all the newbie directors. Paheli is an outstanding top class movie. I expected average crap movie at most, I received amazing movie. Amol Palekar once again delivered us great piece of true cinema. The sum of small details is incredible. Paheli has strange energy that fills me every time I watch it. Paheli will be top movie for a long time yet. Enjoy watching.

Kishanlal marries the beautiful Lachchi, but the day after the wedding, he leaves on business for five years. A ghost takes on Kishanlal's appearance and entered Lachchi's life. A few years later, when Kishanlal returns home, the villagers and relatives get bewildered.
