Really fantastic Comedy movie, with deep message carried on. Broadcast News set a new standard for modern movie making. Broadcast News stands out above all other films I've seen at least for last 5 years. Broadcast News has one of the highest ranks in IMDB top movies. Unique directing by James L Brooks - such great directed dialogue scenes. Skills of actors are just unimaginable, especially Holly Hunter's play. Broadcast News has many original details and specifics that I really cannot get out of my head since watching it. It just set the new standard for Comedy movies. You just have to see it.

The film concerns a virtuoso television news producer, who has daily emotional breakdowns, a brilliant yet prickly reporter and his charismatic but far less seasoned rival. Take two rival TV reporters: one handsome, one talented, both male. Add one producer, female. Mix well and watch the sparks fly.
